Total YTD loss – 13 lbs.
120.4 lbs. to go to reach final goal weight
Not a BIG loss again, but it’s more than I expected. Week 4 was a rough week. I’ve been so hungry ALL.WEEK.LONG. My least favorite monthly visitor and the SUPER BOWL, in the same week, did not help the situation.

Excuses, excuses, excuses….
I am the Queen of Excuses. I’ve got an excuse for EVERYTHING.
It’s time for me to let go of the excuses and to get REAL.
Though I’ve done well and stuck to my healthier eating, my work out regime could use a BIG boost. That’s why I’ve proclaimed week 5 – NO EXCUSES WEEK!
