Weigh-In Wednesday Week 4

Update:
End of Week 3 (1/28/2009) – 271.0
End of Week 4 (2/4/2009) – 270.4
Lost – .6 lbs.
Total YTD loss – 13 lbs.
120.4 lbs. to go to reach final goal weight

Not a BIG loss again, but it’s more than I expected. Week 4 was a rough week. I’ve been so hungry ALL.WEEK.LONG. My least favorite monthly visitor and the SUPER BOWL, in the same week, did not help the situation.

Excuses, excuses, excuses….

I am the Queen of Excuses. I’ve got an excuse for EVERYTHING.
It’s time for me to let go of the excuses and to get REAL.

Though I’ve done well and stuck to my healthier eating, my work out regime could use a BIG boost. That’s why I’ve proclaimed week 5 – NO EXCUSES WEEK!

Love the look of your blog. Also that picture enhancing…or should I say de-hancing trick they do to show you what you will look like with the weight off. That is neat. I like your weigh in Wednesdays. I have Work on it Wednesdays…but I am weighing in to lose the last 10 pounds of my 50 pound goal. You have done great if you have lost 13 pounds in 4 weeks…did I read that right? Great job!!
