End of Week 3 (1/28/2009) – 271.0
Lost – 2.8 lbs.
Total YTD loss – 12.4 lbs.
121 lbs. to go to reach final goal weight

It’s been another good week. I’ve made it to the gym, stuck to my healthier choices and despite a never ending hunger, thanks to an impending cycle, I’ve logged another significant loss for the month. I’m staying focused and positive, and that is definitely helping.

How are you all doing with your New Year’s goals and resolutions?

However true that comic is! I constantly think like that . . . after the weekend or after vacation. It goes on forever! Hence I’ve got a bit of extra junk in my trunk.
