It’s another BIG football weekend for the UNDEFEATED Longhorns. They’re headed up north, to Lubbock, to face the UNDEFEATED Texas Tech Red Raiders. On paper it looks to be a good, close, game. Both Big 12 teams are battling it out for the South title and the prediction is whomever wins will go on to play in the Big 12 title game, and then hopefully on to the BCS Championship game.
The sports fan in me wants a “good” game, but the Longhorn fan in me wants a blow-out. We are favored, not overwhelmingly, but after last weeks CLOSE game against Oklahoma State, I don’t think my heart could take another nail biter, or my finger nails for that matter.
The game is on ABC, in prime-time, 7:00 p.m. CST. I will be on my couch cheering on the Horns, hoping for a win. I’m pretty sure we can do it.
